Privacy Notice

This notice covers the public website of Diamond Springs College. It should be reviewed by the school and updated if its practices change.

What we collect

We only collect information that you choose to send us through our forms:

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), enquiry type and message.
• Admission enquiry form: the parent or guardian’s name, phone number and email (optional), the prospective student’s name, the class of interest and any message you add.

We do not ask for documents, payment details, dates of birth, medical information or other sensitive details through this website. Please do not include such information in your message.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your message or admission enquiry and to follow up on it. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How it is stored

Messages are stored securely on the school’s web server and, where configured, forwarded by email to the school office. Access is limited to staff who need it to respond. To help prevent abuse, we keep an anonymised technical fingerprint of the sender’s connection rather than the address itself.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to deal with them and any resulting admission process, after which they should be deleted by the school.

Cookies

This website uses a single essential cookie to keep forms secure. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you choose to show the map on the contact page, it is loaded from Google Maps, which is subject to Google’s own privacy policy.

Your choices

You may ask the school to tell you what information it holds about you from this website, to correct it or to delete it. Please contact the school office on 0810 955 9329, 0803 224 1079, 0701 042 4575.
